Great Barrington Academy was founded with the vision of connecting high-level athletes to academic and athletic opportunities in the U.S., supported by staff with NCAA and international basketball experience since 1992.
Led by former college coaches and experienced educators, our staff provides elite basketball training, academic support, and personal mentorship. Their dedication shapes not only athletes but well-rounded individuals.

From building target lists to contacting coaches, academic packaging, and highlight edits—we walk families through the entire process. We also teach NIL fundamentals: brand building, compliance, and smart partnerships.
Transparent tuition with boarding/day options, technology & athletic fees, and limited scholarships/aid. (You shared: Boarding $38,500; Day $24,500; Tech Fee: $650 boarding / $350 day; Athletic Fee: $700; Golf Polo uniform $45 included. We’ll confirm the final figures.)
We welcome international student‑athletes and guide families through admissions, I‑20/F‑1 (via our partner pathway), travel timing, and cultural onboarding. Spanish support available.
Our cozy campus overlooks the Berkshire mountains—hiking trails, Ski Butternut nearby, and that classic all‑American town feel. Two hours to NYC and Boston.
At GBA, academics are built to support the student-athlete journey. Our curriculum combines a strong core of college-preparatory courses with electives that allow students to explore their interests. Small class sizes ensure individualized attention, while academic advising keeps every student on track for NCAA eligibility.
